Returns and Refunds

Returns on products in their original packaging are accepted within 30 days from date of delivery. Items returned after that time will not be eligible for a refund. Shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded. Returns are free.

To start your refund process, go to https://cpapology.com/a/return. You will be asked to enter your order number and email. Your order number can be found in the order confirmation email you received when you first placed your order.

You will be asked why you want to return the item. Once completed you will be given a pre-paid shipping label to return the product.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@cpapology.com.

SHIPPING
A pre-paid shipping label will be provided for you when you start your return through the return portal. In the event where you are unable to use the return portal, we ask that you contact info@cpapology.com. We will work to get a return label created for your item if it meets our return policy criteria.
